Inspired by the aesthetics of 1950s California, Hotel Los Felices has become one of Ibiza’s most distinctive venues for fashion events and collection launches.
For this bespoke hospitality project, Bagon Contract designed and manufactured the furniture for both the rooms and the common areas, shaping a bold, colorful concept with a strong and unmistakable identity.
If you’re looking for visual calm, this may not be your place.
However, if you see design as a form of expression, fashion as an attitude, and hotels as experiences in themselves, then Los Felices is a statement in its own right.
Custom-designed common areas: fashion, color and attitude
From the very first moment, the reception sets the tone. Custom-designed lattice panels, carved and lacquered one by one, coexist with reception furniture inspired by the silhouette of sunglasses. Every element reinforces the tribute to fashion and its golden age.
Yellow and fuchsia dominate the common areas, where all contract furniture has been designed and manufactured exclusively for this one-of-a-kind project.
Meanwhile, the breakfast area features a bar and auxiliary furniture inspired by pop-style kitchens: straight and curved lines, golden accents, and a bold explosion of color that leaves no one indifferent.
Iconic bars and experiential spaces
The main bar is, without a doubt, one of the hotel’s most striking elements. Its front, crafted in handcrafted capitonné upholstery, features more than 300 hand-sewn buttons. Above it, a suspended bottle rack made of chrome-plated metal and glass — together with the bar stools — was custom-designed exclusively for this project.
Nearby, the now-famous “UFO” by the pool has become one of the hotel’s main attractions. Both the outdoor platform and the interior furnishings were manufactured almost entirely on site, as the curved geometry of the space required millimetric precision in every single piece.
Mid-century rooms with a personality of their own
The guestrooms feel like true time capsules. Boomerang-shaped coffee tables, handcrafted wall clocks, upholstered headboards, wardrobes with circular portholes and curved rails all reference mid-century design, reinterpreted through bold, vibrant colors.
The wardrobe combines solid wood louvered doors with a mirrored minibar interior and round porthole-style openings, reinforcing the playful and distinctive character of the project.
And then there’s the UFO — that eye-catching structure overlooking the pool. Available for private events, it has already hosted some of the island’s most stylish gatherings. Once again, both the exterior platform and the interior fittings were custom-made on site, as the rounded walls demanded absolute precision.
The result? A carefully curated DJ set, your drink of choice, a group of friends — and the promise of an unforgettable night.
The pool area also features a wooden cabana and a DJ booth topped with a parasol, combining metal and canvas in white and yellow tones so the music never stops, even under the Mediterranean sun.
A hotel where design takes center stage
Ibiza is full of hidden gems, and Los Felices is undoubtedly one of the boldest and most fashion-forward among them. A perfect example of how bespoke hotel furniture can become the soul of a project.
The round green bar with matching banquettes is the ideal spot for late-night conversations. Mid-century style, vibrant colors, and custom-designed furniture — including the oversized clock crafted and assembled by hand in our workshop — complete the experience.
The wardrobes, made with solid wood louvered doors and mirrored minibar interiors with circular openings, once again underline the playful, custom-made spirit of the space.
